Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure clients have access to support when attending all housing and non-housing appointments.
  • Assist in the completion of forms and applications for appropriate benefits.
  • Deliver a range of in-house support provisions designed to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Sourcing and facilitating planned move on options for clients where appropriate.
  • Support service users with the practicalities of everyday living.
  • DBS within the last 12 months (must have original copy).
  • Experience working with the homeless.

Requirements:
