Job Title: Executive Support Team Manager and PA

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Support Team Manager and PA to join our team at the University of Salford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our established Executive Support Team, providing administrative support to the School Senior Leadership Team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Executive Support Team and provide administrative support to the School Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Dean and other members of the School Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a higher education institution.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
