About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Lewes Superstore. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Availability Window

We require our colleagues to be available to work during the following times:

  • Tuesday: 13:00 - 17:00
  • Wednesday: 14:00 - 21:00
  • Saturday: 13:00 - 22:00

Please note that we offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if preferred.
