Position – Infrastructure Security Lead

Head Resourcing is on the lookout for a talented and driven Infrastructure Security Lead to enhance their innovative team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to play a pivotal role in fortifying the bank's infrastructure during its digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and controls, ensuring adherence across both Infrastructure and Cloud platforms.
  • Manage and facilitate vulnerability assessments across on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of network security protocols, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) defenses, and traditional firewalls.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management within infrastructure settings, with a history of leading effective teams.
  • In-depth understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, micro-segmentation, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Familiarity with open-source security frameworks such as OWASP and CVSS.
  • Practical experience with security solutions including Qualys, AlgoSec, Fortinet, Guardicore, Akamai, and Forescout.

Location: Flexible hybrid working arrangement
