- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL workflows and practices covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management and Request Fulfilment
- Confidence to pursue necessary investigations and apply theories to ensure integrity of data and systems
