Job Title: Senior Vice President and Vice President

Altair Global is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global service capabilities and regional growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to advance Altair's global service capabilities and regional growth.
  2. Collaborate with sales staff to build a business development portfolio of prospective regional accounts and support related business development efforts.
  3. Support the development of new global or regional clients as a subject matter expert, including assisting in the sales process, proposal preparation, and selection processes.
  4. Oversee offices to ensure the general welfare of team members, instill the culture of Altair, and ensure the region reflects Altair's customer service and business practices worldwide.
  5. Represent Altair at regional and worldwide relocation and HR industry venues, conferences, and events.
  6. Conduct regular visits to assigned portfolio of Altair global and regional clients to build relationships and improve results.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in one or more regional languages is beneficial.
  3. Specialized experience in global mobility or assignment management.
  4. International living experience or international education/training in the region is beneficial.
  5. Experience in developing operating management systems in a service growth or office expansion/creation environment is preferred.
  6. Management experience over client relations and/or service teams is preferred.
