Summary

Dexcom is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Procurement expert to join our growing IT team. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion, EBS, and integrations with various systems. You will be instrumental in supporting the business by resolving SCM-related issues, collaborating with the System Integrator as Dexcom's Fusion SCM Lead, and driving project delivery and enhancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT functional expert for Fusion Supply Chain and Procurement, providing guidance and support to process owners and end-users.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and functional designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct hands-on Fusion configuration within your assigned module areas, from CRP/PoC through unit testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with Global Finance and Supply Chain teams, Fusion/Oracle EBS System Integration partners, and 3rd Party Logistics providers, fostering strong collaborative partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Test Team to plan and execute system integration and regression testing. Take ownership of defect resolution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Represent the Fusion functional area in IT/business meetings and workshops, effectively communicating technical capabilities and proposed solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior Dexcom business stakeholders, understanding their needs, applying your expertise to guide strategic decisions, and becoming a trusted advisor to both IT and business managers.
  • Contribute to the implementation of industry best practices, establishing standards, key measures, and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
