About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical/Internal Sales Executive to join our small and friendly commercial team at a well-established design and manufacturing company based in Corby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective account management
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present quotations to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts, analyzing sales and cost data to inform business decisions
  • Record and maintain accurate client contact data, coordinating sales projects as required
  • Offer technical assistance and product education to clients, working closely with internal teams and external experts
  • Solve client problems efficiently, providing training and support materials for the sales team as needed
  • Contribute to the design of bespoke products, working collaboratively with colleagues
Requirements
  • Previous experience in internal sales or account management, preferably in a technical environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong IT literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
