About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Coach to join our team at the LMP Group. As an Engagement Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality engagement sessions to students, promoting positive attitudes towards learning and personal development.
  • Support students in developing their social, emotional, and mental health skills, as well as their resilience and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the school lead to set targets and report on progress, ensuring that students receive the best possible support.
  • Develop and deliver activities and resources tailored to the needs of our students, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
  • Attend and engage in all relevant staff meetings, maintaining effective communication with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • DBS clearance (essential)
  • Coaching, mentoring, assessing, or teaching qualification
  • 3+ years of experience working with 11-16-year-olds
  • Experience in delivering training and working in diverse education, community, and/or sports environments
  • Experience of working with young people who are hard to engage
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £75 per session
  • 5 days per week, 5 hours per day
  • Paid holiday (accrued and paid in year)
