Role Overview:

The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Email Management: Oversee and manage personal email correspondence.
  • Document Handling: Perform tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and archiving documents.
  • Data Entry: Input and update records in both manual and electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Quality Control: Conduct basic audits and quality checks on data entries.
  • Communication: Address inquiries via telephone and in-person, providing effective responses and assistance.
  • Meeting Support: Set up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
  • Invoicing and Financial Administration: Handle routine invoicing, create purchase orders, and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate scheduling for senior management, maintaining up-to-date electronic diaries.
  • Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently.

Additionally, the post holder will be expected to comply with all organizational policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of conduct and professionalism.
