We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Visitor Centre Assistants. This dynamic role offers the chance to provide exceptional customer service at various events such as weddings, parties, and concerts in a unique venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Visitor Centre and bar areas according to event requirements.
  • Accurately operate tills and process transactions.
  • Serve beverages in line with best practices.
  • Assist in closing down the Visitor Centre and bar following established checklists.
  • Support the team during events and provide attentive service to guests.
  • Ensure function rooms are set up in advance, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public and work areas, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
