About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activities Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As an Activities Lead, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement imaginative and engaging activities programmes that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our care home.
  • Update our social media platforms to promote our activities and engage with our residents and their families.
  • Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activities programmes that maximise their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
About You

We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
