Senior Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Buildspace Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire construction site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in food retail construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
