Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer consignments, including creation, checking, and reconciliation of consignment costs.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors in consignment administration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, drivers, and other team members, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off Days (06:00 - 18:00)

Salary: £23,000 per annum
