About the Role

Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our Regional Sales Team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers in the North Norfolk area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Support customers in onboarding their new accounts, ensuring they start and continue to spend
  • Reactivate dormant and lapsed accounts to increase revenue
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain and improve profitability
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, proposing solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with all functions and branch teams to leverage opportunities
  • Comply with all EHS policies and procedures when on-site

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Strong direct sales skills and commercial focus
  • Current knowledge of building materials and the construction market
  • Proven experience in customer-facing business and sales environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
