Job Title: People & Culture Manager

About the Role

As a People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and human resources services provided by the Jasmine Support Hub (JSH) to all of our care homes. You will ensure that our organization is always fully resourced and has industry-beating levels of engagement and team retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your three direct line supports in the People Team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team engagement and retention
  • Manage the recruitment process for large numbers of team members
  • Ensure compliance with human resources procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business objectives
Requirements
  • Two years of people management experience, managing at least two people
  • Significant experience of recruiting large numbers of team members
  • Experience of ensuring a large workforce is really engaged
  • Good computer literacy, including spreadsheets and word documents
  • Undergraduate degree
