We are currently in search of dedicated, full-time Drivers Mates to join our team, contributing to our Specialist Services operations. You will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Compensation, benefits, and more:
We are pleased to offer a competitive base salary of £24,523. Additionally, you will receive 20 days of paid vacation, access to numerous high street discounts, personal vehicle leasing options, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and various other benefits, including continuous education through the XPO University.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Safely and accurately loading and unloading vehicles
- Delivering and assembling equipment as required
- Your workday will commence at 06:00
- Comprehensive training will be provided on Manual Handling, as well as moving and installing products
What you need to thrive at XPO:
- Prior experience is advantageous
- A valid driving license is preferred
- No more than 6 points on your license, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements
