Purpose of the Job

This role is ideal for a proactive fabric specialist with a robust understanding of building services and property management. Responsibilities include executing scheduled maintenance, responding to urgent situations, and performing minor installations and repairs on building fabric.

Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure that routine fabric maintenance surpasses expectations
  • Address reactive tasks swiftly and efficiently
  • Execute client-requested relocations and modifications
  • Perform various maintenance duties such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Complete all necessary documentation for maintenance activities
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks
  • Foster strong relationships within the team and with clients
  • Advocate for safety and adherence to policies
  • Maintain fabric and technical expertise
  • Organize and secure the storage area
  • Accompany subcontractors for service-related tasks
  • Document observations and findings
