This role is ideal for a proactive fabric technician with a strong background in building services and property management. Responsibilities include executing scheduled maintenance, responding to urgent situations, and performing minor installation tasks and repairs on building fabric.

Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure routine fabric maintenance meets and exceeds expectations
  • Address reactive tasks swiftly and efficiently
  • Execute client-requested relocations and modifications
  • Perform various maintenance duties such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Complete all required documentation for maintenance activities
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks
  • Foster strong relationships within the team and with clients
