Temporary Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer to contribute to the Temporary Cost Reduction Programme in Lewisham.

About the Role: As a key member of the Housing Partnership and Service Improvement Team, you will work under the Temporary Accommodation Cost Reduction Project to provide expert support in tenancy management and resettlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality tenancy management and resettlement services to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to reduce temporary accommodation costs
  • Collaborate with the Move-On Team to ensure effective resettlement of clients
  • Work closely with the Housing Partnership and Service Improvement Team to achieve project objectives

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in tenancy management and resettlement, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
