Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CAT A and B fit out of a 4-storey office, worth £18m.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large teams with strong people management skills and technical knowledge of short-term programming and construction methodology.
- Manage all phases of fit-out packages, including health and safety, quality, and costs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal design, detailing, and structural design standards, as well as experience designing facades for different types of projects.
- Understand internal materials, manufacturing methods, installation, and testing.
- Communicate effectively with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, and present design concepts clearly.
- Work with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring all health and safety protocols are in place.
- Manage risks, with any issues that arise being solved promptly and efficiently.
