Job Title: Residential Development Manager

About the Role:

Gap Construction is seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of fit-out works on a large residential development in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating and managing metal stud/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations
- Supervising trades such as flooring (hard/soft), joinery/carpentry, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating
- Ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of MEP installations and various finishing trades
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality finishes
- Competitive salary in the range of £58,000 - £68,000, depending on experience
