Job Summary

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in Central London. Your role will involve visiting clients in their own homes, providing support with daily tasks, and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Help clients with their daily routines, including getting ready in the morning and preparing for bed
  • Engage in activities with clients that promote their physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socializing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
