  • Coordinate with various departments to uphold quality standards.
  • Gather data and produce statistical reports to monitor performance.
  • Provide acoustic testing equipment and define testing procedures for various components.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve testing failures.
  • Oversee the upkeep of testing equipment and accessories.
  • Assist in the setup of new testing equipment as required.
  • Organize and maintain testing areas for efficiency.
  • Communicate unresolved issues to the line manager.
  • Provide updates on tasks and challenges to the Engineering Manager.
  • Inspect incoming goods, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for quality assessment.
  • Proficient in creating clear and informative quality reports.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks regularly.
  • Proficient in practical problem-solving.

Working Conditions:

This position requires full-time attendance at the company headquarters in High Wycombe, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours.

Benefits:

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Life Assurance, Income Protection after a successful probation period, a Pension scheme with a salary sacrifice option, and 25 days of annual leave that increases with tenure.
