Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at Britwind Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of electronic components for our small wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electronic components to ensure high-quality finished products
  • Perform final inspections and complete documentation as required
  • Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
  • Kit and sort components for manufacture
  • Perform production tasks in other areas of the business as needed
  • Work in compliance with our Quality Management System
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment
Requirements
  • Interest in renewable energy manufacture
  • Experience in a production environment, preferably electrical assembly
  • Good tool skills and general manufacturing ability
  • Understanding of Health & Safety in a factory/production environment
  • Experience in cable preparation and soldering skills preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work safely with live voltages and follow electrical drawings
