Section Leader

Renishaw PLC is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Section Leader within our Manufacturing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-variety, high-complexity electro-mechanical assembly environment.

• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Lead and manage a team of operators and/or technicians to ensure seamless execution of production tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Monitor and analyze production metrics to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control principles.
