Fire Safety Consultant Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering or an equivalent qualification at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- In-depth understanding of UK laws, standards, and regulations such as BS9999, RRFSO, PAS79, PAS7, and BS7974.
- Proven experience in preparing EWS1 survey reports and FRAEW assessments.
- Familiarity with DLUHC guidelines concerning external wall systems.
- Experience conducting fire risk assessments across diverse property types.
- Expertise in fire integrity and compartmentation evaluations.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.

- Attractive salary range (£60,000 - £90,000 depending on experience).
