Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Maintenance Technician to join our team at Minstrell Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on building services equipment and systems.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building services systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building services maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 to £39,000.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 16:00pm.

Travel and Expenses:

You will have the use of a hire car or the option to use your own vehicle and claim fuel/mileage for travel to other sites.
