- Assess and Develop Care Plans: You will assess the needs of our residents and develop care plans that meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Medicine Management: You will oversee the management of medicines on your shift, ensuring that they are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Communication and Teamwork: You will build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are providing a seamless and high-quality care experience.
- Quality and Governance: You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality and clinical governance programs to ensure that we are providing the best possible care.
- Qualifications: You must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN, or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin.
- Skills and Experience: You will have the ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
- Preferred Qualifications: You will have experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector and participating in quality and clinical governance programs.
- Competitive Salary: You will receive an excellent salary of £15.68 per hour and the annual salary is up to £35,875.84 per annum.
- Generous Benefits Package: You will receive a range of benefits, including 39 days holidays, overtime available, staff pension, free uniform, and ongoing training and development.
