About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Chartered Management Institute (CMI) team as an Engagement Executive. In this role, you will provide operational support to the CMI Manager and Assessment Manager for the CMI programme accreditation and assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through the administration of CMI award activities to partners, management consultants, and internal staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on gaining CMI programme accreditation, registration of consultants on programme, and working with internal teams to provide a seamless service.
  • Support management consultants on the routes to gaining the CMI award, nurturing them from expression of interest to assessment.
  • Schedule and book CMI programme accreditations and individual assessments.
  • Work with the CMI Mapping Specialists to monitor availability and capacity to meet demand for programme accreditation.
  • Monitor and action incoming queries through a dedicated CMI mailbox.
  • Communicate clearly, timely, and accurately with all parties to aid the flow of the process.
  • Support the CMI Assessment Manager in guiding the extended team of CMI Assessors and Moderators, ensuring systems and processes are understood and effectively implemented.
  • Deliver and enhance CMI certification, membership, and CPD processes.
