Your Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests, with particular attention to returning guests and VIPs, ensuring their luggage is managed and escorting them to the Front Desk.
  • Assist departing guests with their luggage and collaborate with various departments to facilitate their travel arrangements.

Provide a friendly, efficient, and attentive service throughout the guests' stay, adhering to company standards.

  • Park vehicles for hotel guests and diners at Nobu London, following hotel procedures for charging and accurately recording the information.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for the Doorman position will possess:

  • Experience in 4 or 5-star hotel environments.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure while remaining focused on customer service.
  • A collaborative spirit and flexibility in task execution.
  • Familiarity with London and its surroundings to assist guests effectively.
