Key Responsibilities- Launch and Define Tuition Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and grow our Tuition business, including building relationships with Local Authorities, securing contracts, and delivering high-quality tuition services.
Commercial SuccessDrive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share through effective sales and marketing strategies, pipeline management, and team leadership.
Product Development and ScalingCollaborate with our product team to design, build, and scale our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and the market, and drives business growth.
Team Leadership and ManagementLead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
Performance Metrics and ReportingEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and business performance, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Leadership Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in driving business growth, managing teams, and developing strategies.
Commercial AcumenStrong commercial understanding, with experience in sales, marketing, and business development, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Product KnowledgeUnderstanding of education technology and the ability to work closely with product teams to design and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
