Job Title: Tuition Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tuition Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programmes to students, managing a team of teaching assistants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver individualised learning plans for students, using a range of programmes and resources.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Manage a team of teaching assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent student outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organisations, promoting our programmes and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and students, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our central team to ensure effective administrative and marketing functions, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional educational programmes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher (ideally maths, science, English, or primary specialist).
  • Excellent maths and English language proficiency.
  • Engaging personality and customer service ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
