Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tuition Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our centre, including the smooth delivery of our Maths, English and Science programmes. You will work closely with our teaching assistants to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake initial educational assessments of every student to identify their individual learning requirements.
Design and implement individualised learning plans for each student, using our extensive range of programmes and resources.
Monitor student progress and make adjustments to learning plans as needed.
Manage a small team of teaching assistants, including recruitment and training of new staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organisations to promote our programmes.
Provide excellent customer service to parents and students, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

Qualified teacher (ideally maths, science, English or primary specialist).
Excellent maths and English language proficiency.
Engaging personality and customer service ethic.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
