- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition between home and nursery
- CACHE L2/L3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK
