About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer will lead operational performance, service delivery, and the achievement of organisational priorities that focus on patient safety and choice. This encompasses all patient touch points, including telemedicine, booking and information centre, and in-clinic services.

You will be a values-driven leader who can inspire staff and trustees, as well as wider stakeholders, fostering a culture driven by our collective purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of all operational services, from telemedicine and in-clinic care to client support services and supply chain management.

Lead the operational performance across the organisation, ensuring that every aspect of our service aligns with our vision.

Contribute to the development and implementation of BPAS's strategy, working collaboratively with other executives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

We are seeking a COO with significant experience in healthcare operations, particularly in managing complex, multi-site services within a tightly regulated environment.

You will have a proven track record of leading organisational change, developing new models of care, and managing large-scale estates and procurement functions.

Your strategic insight and ability to translate vision into actionable objectives will be critical as BPAS navigates a period of significant evolution and growth.
