The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Miller & Carter - Dartford. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to our exacting standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of our kitchen team, providing guidance and support as needed.
