Minimum of 22.5 hours / Maximum of 30 hours per week

Salary:
£34 – 38k pro rata

Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd is seeking to appoint an ISVA Manager to lead a dedicated team that provides vital emotional and practical support to adult survivors of sexual violence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the ISVA team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the ISVA team, ensuring the provision of safe and effective services.
  • Lead the strategic planning and operational management of the ISVA function.
  • Enhance the visibility of the organization with partners and promote the Adult ISVA service.
  • Ensure effective supervision, performance management, and professional development of team members.
  • Manage and deliver comprehensive case management, tailoring support packages to meet individual client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders to foster collaborative working.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in managing teams and staff.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices, multi-agency collaboration, and handling sensitive personal information.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting victims of abuse or trauma, particularly in the context of sexual or domestic violence.
  • Proficient in managing crisis situations, conflict resolution, and complex case scenarios.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Current DBS check issued within the last 12 months or registration on the update service is highly desirable.
