Mortgage Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the mortgage process;
  • Manage client liaison and communication with mortgage advisers;
  • Assist with lender research and generate recommendation spreadsheets;
  • Contact relevant parties to progress mortgage applications;
  • Draft suitability reports for review;
  • Oversee case requirements and associated compliance;
  • Manage ongoing review services and pipeline of rolling business;
  • Key mortgage applications and update client information in the CRM;
  • Develop and implement CRM processes to improve efficiency;
  • Process broker fees and claim procuration fees;
  • Monitor all monies received and create income profiles for the Finance Department;
  • Conduct protection research for each application;

Requirements:

  • A degree-level education or relevant work experience;
  • Ideal completion of R01 and CF6, but not essential;
  • Excellent written communication skills and professional telephone manner;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  • Adaptability and a systematic approach to tasks;
  • Advanced IT literacy and ability to learn new software;
