Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage Adviser in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the mortgage application process;
- Manage client liaison and communication via our CRM system;
- Assist the Mortgage Adviser with lender research and suitability reports;
- Generate recommendation spreadsheets and update client information;
- Coordinate with external parties, including banks, lenders, and solicitors, to progress mortgage applications;
- Review and draft suitability reports for the Mortgage Adviser's review;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
- Manage the pipeline of ongoing business and provide ongoing review services;
- Process mortgage applications and update client information in our CRM system;
- Develop and implement efficient CRM processes to improve productivity;
- Process broker fees and claim procuration fees from mortgage clubs;
- Monitor and manage client monies received;
- Create and manage income profiles for the Finance Department;
- Conduct protection research for each application;
Requirements:
- A degree-level education or relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Ideal candidates will have completed R01 and CF6, but this is not essential;
We are looking for a bright, organized, and hardworking individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage their time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. They will also have advanced IT literacy and be able to learn new software quickly.
