About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our ENT Management Team as an Admin Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient/inpatient activity, ensuring compliance with RTT pathways, and providing leadership and direction to administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration teams and ensure effective working relationships, efficient practices, and a motivated workforce.
- Close supervision and monitoring of the waiting list to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national targets, policies, and initiatives.
- Coordinate admin team workloads to ensure delivery to agreed standards and maximise productivity of staff.
- Manage budgets for administration teams and ensure effective use of resources.
