Apprentice Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the success of your store, driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Recruit, induct, and train employees in line with the Subway brand's training requirements, setting a positive example for your team.
- Prepare and manage stock and sales-related paperwork, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Analyze the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
- Direct and undertake housekeeping activities, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation to the highest standards.
- Implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with campaigns, enhancing the customer experience.
- Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in the food retail sales sector.
- Ability to lead by example, setting a positive tone for your team and driving a culture of excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and franchisees.
