Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Operate the tills efficiently, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store, including stock rotation, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
