We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Neurological Rehabilitation department. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke and traumatic brain injury.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Supervise and educate junior occupational therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements and quality initiatives.
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Health Professional Council registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Postgraduate training or experience in neurology or stroke rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across all campuses and participate in weekend rotas.
