About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a key member of our Defined Benefits Administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration and monthly payroll funding of DB Policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate client requests, handling a variety of member queries, complaints, and matters regarding the administration of DB policies.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all DB payments are made on time and accurately.
  • Produce quotation information for deferred members and pensioners within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a point of contact for Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Pension Scheme Administrators.
  • Support TPAs, members, clients, and the wider DB Team with administration/payment queries, complaints, and service concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Defined Benefits Operations team and wider DB Team on various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, Management Information (MI), payments, and data validation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pension Administrator.
  • Strong background in the Life/Pensions Insurance Industry.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks based on business volumes and priorities.
