Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a caseload of 10 foster carers across Kingston upon Hull and Lincolnshire
  • Utilize therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support for foster carers and children
  • Work closely with the IFA team to provide high standards of therapeutic care services
  • Participate in on-going therapeutic training to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in supervising complex caseloads
  • Less experienced social workers are welcome to apply
