Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-15:30
No prior recruitment experience necessary; ideal for individuals from Hospitality, Retail, Sales, or Real Estate sectors.

Compensation:
£22,000-£25,000 based on experience + unlimited commission structure
* 22 Days Annual Leave + a day off for your birthday + holiday shutdown during Christmas (not deducted from your leave) + Laptop + Mobile Phone

Our skilled team recruits permanent, contract, and temporary personnel nationwide across key sectors such as Office Support, Sales, Creative & Digital, IT, and Warehouse & Driving.

Continuously seek, identify, and interview candidates for clients through various sourcing methods to proactively assist in their job search, including the use of professional networks, job boards, our database, and social media.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and candidates through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients, their industry, operations, workplace culture, and what they seek in a recruitment partner to accurately match the most suitable candidates
  • Regularly manage accounts for your clients and candidates, providing updates, feedback, and consultative guidance
  • Advise clients on our range of recruitment solutions for their campaigns, selecting the most appropriate methods collaboratively and transparently
  • Gather detailed job specifications from clients through both in-person and telephone discussions
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, briefing them on responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and company culture, and assisting with interview preparation. Aid candidates in resigning from their current positions and managing notice periods to ensure a seamless transition
  • Provide insights to both clients and candidates regarding the current recruitment landscape
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
