In collaboration with the Recruitment Team Manager, you will work towards achieving business goals.

  • Support the growth of Recruitment Consultants
  • Innovate ideas to enhance our recruitment services
  • Stand in for the Recruitment Team Manager when necessary
  • Serve as a point of reference for Recruitment Consultants, candidates, and clients
  • Represent the brand positively both internally and at external events
  • Actively seek, identify, and interview candidates for clients using various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, our database, and social media
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
  • Gain insights into clients' industries, cultures, and recruitment needs to effectively match candidates
  • Regularly manage client and candidate accounts, providing updates, feedback, and consultative support
  • Advise clients on our range of recruitment solutions, collaboratively selecting the best approach for their needs
  • Gather detailed job requirements from clients through direct communication
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, preparing them for interviews and assisting with notice periods to ensure a smooth transition
  • Offer insights to both clients and candidates regarding the current recruitment landscape
  • Perform additional duties as required


We are seeking a high-achieving, experienced Senior Recruiter looking for a new opportunity, or a successful Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years of experience aiming to step into a Senior role.

Experience in permanent recruitment is preferred.


Familiarity with any of the sectors we operate in—Office Support, Sales, Creative & Digital, IT, and Warehouse & Driving—would be beneficial.


You should be innovative in candidate sourcing and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and clients through unparalleled service quality.

You will be results-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

You should be confident in both telephone and face-to-face interactions, eager to enhance our recruitment offerings.


Proficiency in using LinkedIn is essential, and a full UK driving license is required.
