Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional client care and support, directing queries appropriately and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative and marketing support by processing documents in the required format to achieve a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
  2. Follow up enquiries from clients and potential clients, recording on our CRM system.
  3. Research potential new sellers/buyers and input to CRM.
  4. Upload approved materials to internal and external websites as appropriate.
  5. Scan, save, and audit client information upon receipt and file according to policy.
  6. Track enquiry source and performance, providing feedback to colleagues as necessary.
  7. Input and update buyers/sellers' details onto our CRM system.
  8. Email marketing material and additional information to interested parties, recording on CRM.
  9. Record all communication and actions on our CRM system.
Requirements:
  1. Good telephone manner, as the role involves extensive contact by telephone with clients.
  2. Good IT skills, including use of Office 365 and our CRM system (Salesforce).
  3. Happy working with limited supervision.
  4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 3:30pm (or similar). Please note this is not a hybrid working role.
  5. Annual Leave: 23 Days + bank holidays.
