We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional client care and support, directing queries appropriately and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and marketing support by processing documents in the required format to achieve a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
- Follow up enquiries from clients and potential clients, recording on our CRM system.
- Research potential new sellers/buyers and input to CRM.
- Upload approved materials to internal and external websites as appropriate.
- Scan, save, and audit client information upon receipt and file according to policy.
- Track enquiry source and performance, providing feedback to colleagues as necessary.
- Input and update buyers/sellers' details onto our CRM system.
- Email marketing material and additional information to interested parties, recording on CRM.
- Record all communication and actions on our CRM system.
- Good telephone manner, as the role involves extensive contact by telephone with clients.
- Good IT skills, including use of Office 365 and our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Happy working with limited supervision.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 3:30pm (or similar). Please note this is not a hybrid working role.
- Annual Leave: 23 Days + bank holidays.
