Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team on a temp to perm basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, landlords, and partners via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage spreadsheets, databases, and word processing systems to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient data management.
  • Use time management and prioritizing skills to work to deadlines and meet targets, ensuring the effective and efficient running of the company.
Key Skills:
  • Previous administration experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Energetic and dynamic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Forward thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
